JOB TITLE: Focus Account Manager
Positioning
The Focus team require a professional, self motivated and profit driven sales person who can
demonstrate effective planning and prioritising of their time to achieve minimum daily call out
expectations, leading towards the achievement of agreed monthly individual targets across our
range of peripheral and business software products. They will be expected to identify, generate
and develop sales opportunities across existing accounts whilst proactively and constructively
building a pipeline of new business development.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of hitting targets, whilst having the ability
to develop a thorough understanding of their account base, their customer's requirements, issues
and business objectives - short, medium and long-term. They should have the ability to build
relationships both internally and externally and by developing and maximising these relationships
they will help drive Gem Distribution's continued growth through the delivery of long-term
customer value.
