March 2nd, 2010 — Webroot, a leading security provider for the consumer, enterprise and SMB markets, today announced the expansion of its EMEA Sales and Marketing team and launched a channel partner program for its award-winning Home and Small Office Internet security solutions, including Webroot® Internet Security Essentials and Webroot® AntiVirus with Spy Sweeper®. The fully integrated channel partner program is being launched as part of Webroot’s commitment to helping partners increase their revenue, develop their expertise and improve their ability to support their customers’ requirements. The program is aimed at supporting existing partners and providing an attractive business opportunity to prospective partners. Additionally, Webroot is announcing a number of key appointments to support the company’s planned consumer expansion across EMEA. Germaine Page has been appointed as EMEA Acquisition Marketing Manager, Tim Maynard has joined as UK & Ireland Sales Manager and William Lewis joins as EMEA Business Development Manager, effective immediately.
